Your appointment time is reserved just for you.
A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in Dr. Park's day that could have been filled by another client.
As such, we require 7 days notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Clients who provide less than 7 days notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee (full appointment fee).
All online booked appointments require prepayments.
If you had prepaid for your appointment and request a refund before 7 days, the full appointment fee minus the payment processing fee would be refunded via e-transfer.
